hey Andrea – I LOVE YOUR site!
Do you have Betty’s Potatoe Leak Soup Recipe? or a good one to share?

Hi Pam – I unfortunately don’t have Betty’s famous recipe, but I do have one I make quite often (and I’m trying a new one out this week!) I’ll make a note to post a recipe soon! It’s good to hear from you! :)

I remember Betty said to me – it’s easy Calamity – you take Leaks and potatoes and Voilla – too bad it’s not that easy! If you can send me a message to let me know when you have posted the new recipie – I would appreciate it – and I will check back often! Love the page.

I tried the new recipe today and it was AWESOME! (and not too much more than taking leeks and potatoes and putting them together!) I’ll try and post it next week!
